We’ll be calling on legislators to support climate legislation as bold and ambitious as the science says it needs to be, including a ban on new fossil fuel projects and a transition to 100 percent renewable energy by 2030.
Several states have declared war on women's health--again. But this time, they are raising the ante. States have enacted unconstitutional bans against abortion--like the heartbeat bill in Ohio--and are openly seeking the overthrow of Roe v. Wade in the courts. Alabama's bill effectively bans abortion in the state. Enough! Planned Parenthood, ACLU, NARAL, among other organizations, have organized demonstrations across the country to Stop the Bans. Events are still in formation.

Planned Parenthood and the Westchester County’s Women’s Advisory Board are co-sponsoring a film and discussion. The film is “Death by Delivery,"a documentary about the astronomically high mortality and morbidity rates of black women in childbirth.
