Come celebrate Juneteenth with WESPAC and the White Plains Juneteenth Heritage Committee for the STILL WE RISE: Juneteeth Parade & Festival.Juneteenth, also known as Juneteenth Freedom Day, is the oldest known celebration observing the end of slavery in the U.S.The parade will begin at 11 a.m. on Mamaroneck Ave. Following is the festival at noon on Court Street.
