WESPAC Planning Meeting for Clearwater Booth

Hello everyone,

The Clearwater Festival will take place this year on June 21 and 22 in Croton Point Park.  See http://www.clearwaterfestival.org/    We are reaching out to all members to help us create a dynamic and interactive booth this year.  Our planning meeting will be at WESPAC next Tuesday, May 27th at 7pm.  If you would like to be part of the planning but cannot attend, please let us know.  The cost of the booth this year is $150 or $250 if we plan to sell items, so we welcome contributions to help WESPAC cover the cost of the booth.
