WESPAC Book Club

October 30, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

WESPAC will continue its book discussions this fall with two selections.  First the novel Future Home of the Living God by Louise Erdrich on Tuesday, October 30 at 7pm at the WESPAC office located at 77 Tarrytown Road, Suite 2W, White Plains, NY 10607.  The second, the non-fiction book White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Robin DiAngelo on Tuesday, November 27 at 7pm at the WESPAC office.

These are both important books. They are available in a variety of formats (print, audible, ebook) and are both in the Westchester Public Library System.

We hope you can join us for the discussion.  Please RSVP to Felice if you plan to attend at [email protected].

Here’s a little about each book:

Future Home of the Living God — written in the form of a diary of a pregnant woman, an adopted native American, the book is set in a time of environmental and political collapse.
