Racism Today: Unpacking the Myth of the North/South Divide – Come to the FREE 32nd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Commemorative Program on January 13, 2019 at Hommocks Auditorium from 2pm to 3:30pm. Engage in a robust and interactive conversation about the historical and current geography of racism in the US. John Beiwan (Duke University) and Dr. Chenjerai Kumanyika (Rutgers University), a nationally renowned podcast team, will co-present and lead Q & A. This event is free and open to the public. Reserve your seats in advance. 2019 Event Honoree: Shannon Turner-Porter, Mamaroneck High School Teacher.
