Black stories shine bright as we highlight films that share the joy, determination, resilience, and complexity of being Black and young. Explore a range of genres and styles in a program that spans the globe across seven short films. Presented in partnership with the New York International Children’s Film Festival.
Tickets are now on sale for the JBFC Kids screening of New York International Children’s Film Festival: Celebrating Black Stories on Monday, Jan. 16 at 2:00 pm, but in recognition of our community partnership, we’d like to offer WESPAC a special discount on tickets to this event!

Use promo code MLKDAY to get the discounted JBFC member price on up to two (2) tickets per order to the JBFC Kids screening of New York International Children’s Film Festival: Celebrating Black Stories on Monday, Jan. 16 at 2:00 pm. To redeem this offer, simply head to the event page on the JBFC website and click on the 2:00 pm showtime on the left hand of your screen. From there, enter promo code MLKDAY in the promo code box at the top right of the screen, and click “submit” before selecting your ticket(s). Your member-priced ticket discount will be reflected on the checkout page, saving you $5 per ticket and up to $10 total off your order!
