KNOW YOUR RIGHTS – COURT EVICTIONS 101

The Legal Hand Call-In Center serving Westchester County is hosting its first virtual and bilingual Know Your Rights workshop on Court Evictions 101 on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 6:00pm!

1. – Learn about your right to have a court decide when you can be evicted. 
2. – Identify what notices are required before a court eviction can begin. 
3. – Learn the timeline of the eviction process.
4. – Access legal resources and referrals for those that qualify.
