Juneteenth Commemoration in Ardsley

On behalf of the Fairview Empowerment Group and the Greenburgh Black History Museum Initiative, we warmly invite the WESPAC Foundation to join us in celebrating Juneteenth—a pivotal moment in American history.
This year’s community celebration will be held on Thursday, June 19th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gerard J. Byrne Center, 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, NY.
Juneteenth is a time for reflection, unity, and education. Our event will honor the resilience and achievements of the Black community and spotlight the rich legacy of Greenburgh’s Black residents. The program will feature special guest Speaker Hon. Mondaire Jones and include historical exhibits and presentations on influential figures such as Hon. Alfreda Williams, Hon. Lois Bronz, William H. Sudderth, and more—alongside other inspiring speakers. Refreshments will be served.
