Panel Discussion with Virginia Martin (Democratic Election Commissioner, Columbia County), Jason J. Nastke (Republican Election Commissioner, Columbia County), and Kathleen Campbell (Former Election Commissioner, Wautauga County, NC)

The panel will describe the dangers we face and explore practical ways for NY municipalities/counties to adopt and use hand-counted paper ballots.
