Remember this article in the NYTimes about the kickass tenants who took over their building in the Bronx?
Join the TOPA Working Group, residents of 700 E 134th St and residents in DC, on Wednesday July 20th from 6pm – 7:30 pm to learn directly from these tenants about how they did it and how you can do it too!
We’ll talk about the story of these exciting buildings and what “Tenant Opportunity to Purchase” laws can do to build tenant power at the state level.
