We’re delivering an invitation to Senator Schumer’s office at 1 Park Place in Peekskill on Monday, July 13 at 4:00 and would also appreciate support that day. Here is the Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1613504785578545/. Senator Schumer has not done enough to ensure that FERC rescinds its approval of the AIM project. We are inviting Sen. Schumer to listen to the impacted residents and to attend Mr. Blanch’s presentation on 7/15. It is unacceptable to site a 42″ diameter high pressure pipeline adjacent to an aging nuclear plant.
