Heading for Extinction and What to Do About It

May 29, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

“Heading for Extinction & What To Do About It”  is the title of a talk that has been given over 100 times world wide as the Extinction Rebellion movement has grown in 33 countries.
It is not your ordinary climate change talk, it is something far deeper.

About Extinction Rebellion:
Since early 2019, Susan Rubin has been an active member of the Extinction Rebellion group in NYC. She has participated in many of their planning meetings, outreach efforts, pot lucks and peaceful direct actions.
XR is a good group, focused on getting both government and news media to tell the truth about our climate and ecological situation.
They have a set of guiding principles https://extinctionrebellion.us/principles
They also have a “Regenerative Culture” piece which fits in well with the garden work that Susan is engaged in Westchester County.

Huge thanks to WESPAC for providing space for this talk.  Wednesday, May 29th at 7pm.
