The big Exxon climate trial starts on October 22 in NYC! New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing ExxonMobil for lying to its shareholders, highlighting years of deception, disinformation and lies.
Will you join us to kick it off with a rally outside the courthouse? The trial starts a week before the 7th anniversary of Superstorm Sandy. We’ll have a 100-foot long banner, and we need your help to make our voices heard.

More than 50 years ago, ExxonMobil executives were made aware by company scientists about the devastating impact burning fossil fuels would have on our climate in just a few short decades. Just like today, the choice Exxon faced back then was crystal clear: keep fossil fuels in the ground, or keep profiting in the short term at the expense of people and the planet. Exxon chose the latter — and then did everything possible to bury the truth about climate change from the public. It’s time for Exxon to pay for their lies and deception.
