Defending Constitutional Rights:

Religious Freedom and Police Accountability

A lawyer and a community activist will address the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and surveillance. Discussion will focus on how recent court cases have particularly affected Muslims and communities of color, including Black Lives Matter activists, and their ramifications for the civil rights of all.
