Celebration of Human Connectedness Gallery Walk and Live Performances

A wonderful initiative coming from Mount Vernon:
Denzel Washington School of the Arts (DWSA), the team at One World, and peacemakers from across the area are reaching out to invite you to celebrate Peace Through The Arts on Saturday, June 22nd, from 4 pm – 8 pm. This FREE event will feature a Gallery Walk (4:30 pm-6:00 pm) and Live Performances from global artists (6:00 pm-8:00 pm) in the Phylicia Rashad Auditorium.

The Gallery Walk will showcase local organizations working toward a more peaceful future. The Talent Show will include a fusion of music, dance, theater, and visual arts, emphasizing our human connectedness and peace, with Hip Hop Gamer as our MC.
We hope to make this an annual celebration of human connectedness, the need for peace, and the potential for global collaboration.
