On November 12, 2019 the New York Immigration Coalition will be mobilizing across the state to turn up in Washington D.C. to rally in front of the Supreme Court and make sure they hear our voices.
The Supreme Court of the United States of America will hear challenges to the administration’s termination of DACA. DACA has helped over 700,000 Dreamers come out from the shadows, support their families, achieve their educational aspirations, and so much more. The DACA program works, and we have to fight to protect it and all undocumented people. Ending DACA would remove DACA recipients from their jobs and separate hundreds of thousands of families.Â
Over the past three years the Trump administration has hurt, attacked, and separated our families. They have been relentless in their efforts, but so have we in fighting back. At every turn they have taken, we have stood and fought, in the streets, in Congress, and in the courts. Join us to make sure that the Supreme Court hears loud and clear that their home is here!
