RALLY AND MARCH to ABOLISH NUCLEAR WEAPONS in front of the UNITED NATIONS
March 5 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am
WHO: A coalition of antinuclear organizations in the New York area (see list below)
WHAT: A rally and march to praise countries who have signed on to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (the “Ban Treaty”) and to urge the United States to sign it
WHERE: Isaiah Wall (43rd Street & First Avenue) in NYC
WHEN: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 8:30 AM, walk to U.S. Mission at 9:00 AM. Ends 9:30 AM.
U.S. groups will hold a rally and march on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 8:30AM across the United Nations to coincide with the Third Meeting of States Parties to the TPNW.
Please join us at 8:30AM at the Isaiah Wall (First Ave. & 43rd Street) for a vigil and music. Around 9AM, we will march to the U.S. Mission to the UN (First Ave. & 45th Street) and demand that they eliminate their nuclear arsenal.
This is a family-friendly and inclusive event as we are not risking arrests. International groups are welcome to join us!
