At this meeting we learn the history and political orientation of VOCAL-NY, we focus on political education, leadership development and issue-identification. It is important that you attend this meeting because it’s how we all learn what’s going on in our communities for those of us impacted by HIV/AIDS, homelessness, mass incarceration and the drug war. This is our community power building space and it functions and is better because YOU attend.
