The Greenburgh Library is hosting a 6-Part Discussion Series following HULU’s docu-series created from Dr. Nikole Hannah-Jones’ groundbreaking work, The 1619 Project. See the flier for more details.
One conversation a month will feature a discussion led by local organizers, educators, and public figures – one who identifies as a person of color, and one who identifies as white. The discussion will be preceded by a showing of one episode of the docu-series, each of which focuses on a different topic stemming from the role of slavery in the US and its current legacy.
