Black Women’s Health Imperative (BWHI) is excited to announce virtual discussion focused on water infrastructure and clean water access issues. “Watered Down” will take place Thursday, April 28th, from 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm EST.
The purpose of “Watered Down” is to dissect the various issues surrounding water infrastructure and clean water access leading to negative health impacts in communities of color.
Our esteemed panelists will highlight the current state of water infrastructure in Georgia and nationwide, address key issues that impact public health, and highlight contributing factors such as lead, outdated water systems, flooding, PFAS, lack of funding, and more. This is a conversation you won’t want to miss!
