WESPAC Foundation is delighted to support the White Plains Library Foundation’s annual year-end fundraiser, “Come Together: Live at the Library!”, taking place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the White Plains Public Library, 100 Martine Avenue. This special evening will feature New York Times editor and author Jim Windolf presenting “Where the Music Had to Go: How Bob Dylan and the Beatles Changed Each Other—and the World.” In the spirit of community solidarity and our shared commitment to education, culture, and the arts, WESPAC is proudly contributing a beautiful print by the celebrated American artist Ralph Fasanella to support the Foundation’s fundraising efforts.
Ralph Fasanella (1914–1997), a self-taught artist, labor organizer, and passionate advocate for working people, devoted his artistic life to celebrating the dignity of ordinary people and the collective struggles for justice, democracy, and human rights. His vibrant paintings capture the energy of working-class communities, labor movements, and the enduring power of people coming together to create social change. His legacy resonates deeply with WESPAC’s mission and values. We warmly encourage our members, friends, and neighbors to support this wonderful community institution by attending the November 7 celebration, making a contribution, or helping spread the word. Public libraries are essential pillars of an informed, engaged, and democratic society, and we are pleased to stand with the White Plains Library Foundation in celebrating and sustaining this vital public resource.
