Ready. SET, GO…Co-op!

Co-op Hudson Valley’s JUMPSTART 2025 is a co-op development lab providing local co-op dream teams the tools, time, and technical assistance to develop their cooperative businesses.

Get ready! Grow your confidence with cooperative governance and decision-making.

Set… a foundation. Clarify your business model, financial model, labor needs, and culture.

Go Co-op! Workshop a start-up goal and prepare to launch your co-op journey.

October 30 – November 15, 2025

The 3-weeks of support include:

  • 3 in-person lab sessions | 9am – 4pm

    • Thursday 10/30

    • Thursday 11/6

    • Saturday 11/15

  • Virtual + in-person office hours [ex: co-op development, legal, accounting]

  • Childcare + food

  • Bilingual interpretation [English + Spanish]

**JUMPSTART’s in-person sessions will be in either Dutchess or Ulster counties and confirmed with input from the 2025 cohort.

JUMPSTART is designed for:

  • Hudson Valley teams of at least 2 – 3 co-founders or worker-owners.

  • Teams looking for a small-group intensive experience for co-op education, experimentation, and practice.

  • Teams seeking practical tools, creative strategies, and tailored feedback to help them launch or grow their early-stage co-op.
