As we see the continued violence of the Israeli state and the devastating consequences of its latest massacre in Gaza, it is more important than ever that we hold corporations that are complicit in Israeli apartheid and colonial violence accountable.

Right now is a critical moment in this fight for justice and corporate accountability to human rights principles. We need your help today to loudly and effectively defend Ben & Jerry’s decision to pull out of illegal Israeli settlements built on stolen Palestinian land.

Just today Ben & Jerry’s independent board filed a second lawsuit against parent company Unilever. Unilever has been attempting to override Ben & Jerry’s decision to end sales of its ice cream in Israeli settlements, all of which are illegal and constitute a war crime under international law. Unilever has sold the Ben & Jerry’s license to an Israeli licensee who is determined to  sell ice cream in illegal settlements against the wishes of Ben & Jerry’s.

We need to show Unilever now that the Ben & Jerry’s board has massive grassroots support, and that people who care about social justice around the world also care about Palestinian rights, dignity, and freedom.

We can’t afford to lose the ground that we’ve already gained.

If the Israeli government is able to force Unilever to undermine Ben & Jerry’s commitment to social justice and human rights, it will be that much harder for us to push the next company to do the right thing, be it on fossil fuels, women’s rights, racial justice, gender justice, Indigenous rights, etc.

We have a small window now to impact the outcome of this case, but we need your urgent help.

Join us to tell Unilever that we stand behind the decision by Ben & Jerry’s independent board not to profit from illegal Israeli settlements on stolen Palestinian land.
