Solidarity Economy Book

I wanted to let you all know about about a newly published book that documents the Social/Solidarity Economy (SSE) track that CPE was involved in organizing at the US Social Forum last summer. It includes contributions from many CPEers who taught workshops at the Forum.

SOLIDARITY ECONOMY:  Building an Economy for People and Planet is available on the web via www.lulu.com/ChangeMaker. This 430 page book documents and theorizes about emerging “solidarity economy” values, practices and institutions which are creating a more just and sustainable economy in the U.S. and in the world. $25 for the book; $5 for a downloaded copy.
