NEWS RELEASE: League of Women Voters of White Plains Announces Candidates Forum for NYS AD 93 Election David Buchwald (D) John Nuculovic (R)
The League of Women Voters of White Plains has scheduled a Candidates Forum for contestants in the New York State Assembly District 93 election. The Forum will be held on Tuesday, October 23rd from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the White Plains Library Auditorium. The candidates in the race, David Buchwald (D) and John Nuculovic (R) have been invited to participate.
The League of Women Voters takes no position on candidates for public office or on political parties. The League works to encourage the informed and active participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding of major policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
