Westchester Disabled On The Move’s Annual Meeting: A Community Conversation Around The Stigmas Facing People With A Mental Health Diagnosis

June 20, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Every year Westchester Disabled On The Move has an annual meeting focused on a topic important to people with disabilities. This year that topic will be the issues and stigmas facing people with mental health diagnoses. On June 20th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. we are going to host  a community conversation about these problems and solutions for overcoming them with panelists Elena Kravitz from NYAPRS, Victor Clark from The R.I.S.E. Center, and Lieutenant Robert Akey of the Yonkers Police Department. We are hoping for a big group, and there will be time for attendees to interact with each other and the panelists to discuss their views on this crucial topic.  The meeting will be held at Westchester Disabled On The Move’s offices located at 984 North Broadway, Suite LL-10 in Yonkers NY.

Please confirm your attendance and request for reasonable accommodation no later than Wednesday, June 15, 2018 with Joe or Carole at 914-968- 4717

Sincerely,
