More about this webinar:
Under the new administration, nonprofits (as employers) can expect a significant increase in the enforcement of immigration compliance. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can show up at your door as part of an ICE raid or to investigate your workplace in connection with a lead or complaint, or other factors. Or ICE could show up in an effort to investigate or retain your clients. This webinar will help prepare you so that if ICE makes an unannounced visit, you and your employees are ready.

Topics Covered Will Include:

  • What should your staff do if ICE arrives?
  • Is ICE permitted to enter your property?
  • What should your clients do if ICE is on site?
  • What should your staff do during and after a raid?

Presenter:
Ellen Messali, New Haven Legal Assistance Association and Caritas Immigration Legal Services.

Space is limited, so please register soon!
