The burning of fossil fuels pollutes our air and water, accelerates our climate crisis and negatively impacts our health.  They are also the main building blocks in petrochemicals in many products we routinely use with harmful effects. Learn how to make real change right now using environmentally preferable products and practices at home, in schools and in our communities. Grassroots Environmental Education is a science-based environmental health nonprofit educating the public about the health risks of common environmental exposures and providing solution tools through its award-winning programs and resources for school systems, local and state governments, health professionals and others nationwide.
This program is offered in cooperation with the Sierra Club Lower Hudson Group
