SOLD Screening

The Junior League of Bronxville (JLB) is holding a one-time screening of SOLD, at Showcase Cinema de Lux Ridge Hill, 29 Fitzgerald St. Yonkers, NY on Tuesday, August 30, 6:30 p.m.   

This event is open to the public and tickets are $11.  They can be purchased on line via this link.  The evening will also feature a moderated Q&A after the film.  Please invite your friends and family.  We need your support to bring this event to fruition.  

This film that tells the unforgettable story of a girl who risks everything for freedom after being trafficked from her mountain village in Nepal to a brothel in India.  SOLD gives a voice to the millions of children who disappear every year. It is a call to action and a testament to the power and resilience of the human spirit. We are partnered with a service called Tugg, which enables people and organizations to set up screenings in their local theater in efforts to spread awareness of these important issues.
