Details: Burning fossil fuels to power our twenty-first century civilization has taken a tremendous toll on people and the environment. Join Greenburgh Nature Center and the Lower Hudson Sierra Club for presentations on the failures of fossil fuels and the future of energy systems. Energy conservation technologies and renewable sources of energy, including the sun and the wind, are the cornerstone of the sustainable future that Westchester County and New York State are calling for.
