Presenter: Geoffrey Smith, Esq. has practiced law in New York State for over 30 years forming and representing Not-for-Profit organizations, securing tax exemption and litigation.  Geoffrey has taught the Law of Not-for-Profit Organizations at Pace University Dyson School and lectures on Non-Profit Boards at SUNY Purchase as part of the Non-Profit Fundraising Certificate Program sponsored by the Westchester Association of Development Officers.
