Two WESPAC volunteers, Tracy Basile and Scott Halfmann, were recipients of a WCF and Elias Foundation grant which enabled Them to attend the course “Reel Change for Nonprofits” taught by Theresa Dawson at the Media and Arts Lab at Jacob Burns Film Center. Through this course they produced the 12-minute documentary The Unfractured Future about hydrofracking in New York in which Native American voices are brought to the forefront of this urgent issue.
