More than 21 million people in the US are affected by depression or bipolar disorder. No one should feel alone. DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) support groups are places where people with mood disorders and those who care about them can share experiences, discuss coping skills and offer hope to one another.

Allan Janczewski is the WESPAC contact person for the White Plains DBSA support group which meets every Wednesday evening at the NY Presbyterian Hospital on Bloomingdale Road. You can reach him at 914.937.2614 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
