Stop Police Brutality & Mass Incarceration Rally

This rally is to demand a stop to police brutality and the killings of innocent people. This event will also bring awareness to the prison industrial complex and the mass incarceration of so many Black and Brown youth in America. The speakers will make connections of how everything is connected such as farm lands being converted into prisons or the connection of Gaza and Ferguson or the abuses endured by immigrants at the borders. This event also stands in solidarity with all who struggle to bring killers cops to justice.
Here in Westchester County we have had our share of deaths at the hands of law enforcement officers; Rene Javier Perez (Mt. Kisco), Christopher Malone (Ossining),
DJ Henry (Pleasantville), Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. (White Plains), Samuel Cruz (New Rochelle), Travis Tellone (Yonkers).
A rally with be held in White Plains, NY on October 22nd from 5pm to 7pm on the corner of Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue by the fountain, across the street from Macy’s.
